Room can be a King or Two Queens. Room with Single Queen bed for one person has a $40 discount.

Deposit of $100 required w credit card at the time of booking, remainder to be paid via check or cash at arrival, credit cards have a 2.5% fee. Maid service/supplies not incld. unless is a two-week deal and we include one visit after 7 nights.

If you leave the room tidy and free of damage, deposit is refunded in full-No exit cleaning fees-No hidden charges.

All our buildings are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
